Message Let me start by saying this will be my last time ever owning or attempting to fix this car if the problem is not resolved.
2 years and countless man hours later i still have problems.
It's a 90 twin turbo.
New injectors. New coil packs. Ptu relocation. (New style.) EGR delete. Maf is fine. New fuel filter. Coolant line delete. The list goes on and on. Gutted cats pre and main. Straight pipe for the moment.

It is now blowing blue smoke at higher rpm and a unburnt fuel black smoke after it pops. The smoke is usually heavy on pass side and light on driver. The idle is ~700-800. It doesn't have its full power. The rpms raise fine on initial press but if you let off and hit it quickly while they come down it will show a studder. (While idling)

Im so beyond frustrated. If someone could help it would be amazing. If not im at 4500 firm...
